Removed other.py as no longer needed.

Updated configuration.py with new paths

Updated modules/database/initialize.py with new table names for fast_frame and latching_rules.

Updated modules/database/queries/user_defined_function.py with new case to encode for lathching_rules.

Moved modules/datasources/parse/fbis_interfaces.py -> modules/datasources/parse/csv.py

Updated modules/datasoucrces/parse/fbis_signal_configuration.py with a new parser for latching_rules

Updated modules/datasources/parse/parse.py with new import paths

Saved they because the method to get have not been implemented. Once
the method to get and parse these datasources have been added we can
delete them.

Removed modules/database/queries/, modules/database/queries2/
because they are no longer needed.

Moved modules/database/queries3/* to modules/database/queries/

Updated paths in main.py
