Closes ICSHWI-20552

Addresses the takeout points from 14-03-2025 tests:
Independent mode:
    - Make the motor step size adjustable  

Linked mode:
    - Add option to select which syringe will be filled up first. 
    - Do not allow setting a flow rate above the maximum feasible flow. 
    - Ensure both syringes stop on maximum pressure reached.  
    - Currently, the syringes switch once the total volume (SP1+SP2) is fully transferred to the other. 
        Sometimes, SP1+SP2 is more than one syringe can hold, therefore, the condition for switching should be one of these:
   a. Switch if maximum syringe volume was reached on one of the syringes
   b. Switch if minimum volume was reached on on of the syringes
