Fix .ELSO and .PREC for EL3314-0002.
Add substitution files for EL3311, EL3314-0010, EL3314-0020, EL3314-0030 and EL3318.
Remove quotes from EGU field.
Remove EOFF=0 and KEY=AI from substitution files since these are already the default values.
Fix a typo and remove dangling parentheses from EL33xx-Sensor-generic.
