Icshwi 12534 paliative solution

George Kontogiorgos requested to merge ICSHWI-12534_paliative-solution into master

This is called as a paliative solution because we just seet proto file according to the current channels. This will be modified to Asyn in the future to dinamically allocate the channels according to what is configured on the IOC. The IOC is now working with the current setup (but it will not if someone changes the channels physically).
