Movewin

• Added a "moving window" function to do the calculations more often instead of having to wait for the whole sample size
• Moved the array to use a waveform instead of a static memory in the c-code
• Changed the substitution file usage in accordance to discussion
• Removed the print out when changing the sequencer
• Some pytest script for basic testing
