Small fixes on the current setpoint mechanism; Updated gitignore

• Deleted magnets.Makefile (it belongs to the E3 wrapper) and updated gitignore;
• Fixed long DESC field and missing CP tag in database file;
• Inclusion of seq record to temporarily disable Cur-S record (from caenelsmagnetps) and avoid the current set point being written twice;
