GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. This MR focus on:

Creates a generic template for each channel
reorganize module, so the HW configuration is done in the IOC not in the module
Fix Paths and remove unnecessary files
Adapt module to support ecmc 7.0.1
