changes in the module ICSHWI-9048 and fix PV names for ICSHWI-8034

This MR focus on:

  • Creates a generic template for each channel
  • reorganize module, so the HW configuration is done in the IOC not in the module
  • Fix Paths and remove unnecessary files
  • Adapt module to support ecmc 7.0.1
