Remove LinCvO and LinCvF from autosave and disable PINI

Gabriel Fedel requested to merge fix_auto_save into master

To avoid overwritting of the calibration loaded by a file the autosave from linear factor and offset is disabled. The PINI is also disabled to avoid to load the default values.

This might be changed in future, probably making the linear values be updated when a new file is set.
