Set instance type function moved to sis8300llrfdrv (ICSHWI-13434)
To use new backplane triggers in order to use the same line for example for LLRF Start and LLRF end, it is needed to set a different value of MLVDS IO register. Now that functionality will be provided by sis8300llrfdrv as it is specific function for LLRF firmware
