This way we assure not invalid value is being used on SP (table and constant)

Now the gradient calibration can be enabled when in open loop, and
it cannot be enabled if the polynomial calibration is not enabled and
valid.

When moving from not allow gradient calibration to allow gradient
calibration it won't go to enable anymore.

Otherwise errors can occurr because the polynomial calibration will
be called.

So when there is a cavity configured, the signal monitoring channel
will be created as a SignalMonitorCavityChannel and will do the
cavity calibration when it is enabled.

This class will be used to do the gradient calibration on  signal
monitoring values for the cavity channel

When HasCav is defined. This way the SP values have the possibility to be
calibrated in gradient.

This could happen when during the calibration the W is negative.

The calibrations were be done wrongly, now the both sides (EGU > Raw and
Raw > EGU) are right.

So they can be overloaded
