Include possibility to set timestamp from external source on relevant records
Add TSEL field for records that need to receive the timestamp from the external source. The TSEL field is set for a macro (TSELPV). The choosen PVs to receive the timestamp are basically all the data read from the firmware (I/O PVs but not readback ones).
