Move LLRF OPI scripts to the IOC (ICSHWI-13059)

Scripts for the Adjust Loop gain and Adjust Loop Phase OPIs have been moved to the IOC and real PVs provided. two databases were created:

  1. adjust-loop-gain.template
  2. adjust-loop-phase.template
