ICSHWI-12408: Add auto behaviour and restrictions based on operation mode

ICSHWI-12408: Add records to block enabling/disabling calibration when beam operation mode is selected.

When operation mode is specified, the mechanism blocks to enable or disable provided calibration. To modify that, you have to quit that mode and go into another one. Also, on specific operation mode output magnitude limiter is set to have a DRVH which prevents from exceeding power limit.
