ICSHWI-18027: Simplify setting RCAV macro

Mateusz Nabywaniec requested to merge ICSHWI-18027_fix_cav_macro into master

Now we set macro at once and then we pass it during loading records For every LLRF IOC the cavity macro will be set according to the RF station number. Default value is EMR-CAV-010
