ICSHWI-18563: Fix macros in FFTW waveforms

Mateusz Nabywaniec requested to merge ICSHWI-18563_fix_fftw_prefix into master

The way of passing RCAV macro is now fixed so FFTW PVs will not have an extra colon after prefix

Note that later the template will also need to be changed to remote colon from RCAV prefix.
