Draft: Improve status/fault reading and reconnection handling

  • Records for fault bits
  • Add error code conversion for serial module
  • Fix reconnection routine for serial
  • Enable serial commands for Ethernet module using the SCPI command DIAG:COMM:PASS
  • Update setpoints with readback values when in local mode (feature requested from RF system owner, can be disabled with PV {P}{R}TrackSetpoints)
  • Better hadling of ethernet and serial protocols using simpler names
