hdf5 and arraydata support in scanner

The HDF5 and arraydata support was tested in the LCR and is working. This is quite useful for the studies so again requesting a hotfix to stable.

One thing that doesn't work yet is loading the configuration from hdf5. I have instructed Ryoichi to first save a copy in xml for that purpose, but if you could look into why it crashes and fix that before merging then that would be appreciated.

This merge fixes OXAL-600, OXAL-601
