Change from TP to NTP

The golden configuration used to configure the MCHs was set to use Time Protocol (TP) instead of Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP). This causes the time syncing to not work and default to 1970/1/1. https://jira.esss.lu.se/browse/ICSHWI-10989
