Base 7.0.7 support with utagrw added.
PMortem can happen after the databuffer and the id will not be updated before the new cycle.
base-7.0.6.1 branch created to keep the backward compatibility (but without the new features).
UTAG as ID support added.
All the features require extensive tests.
