CE-1939: add support urls. remove mui license from config.js

The support url is the same for template and deploy, I realized... so I put it under one variable for now, until we decide they need different support places.

I also found that the mui license was being written to config.js for ce-deploy-ui...so I removed it and also created a followup task CE-1940 to ensure the license is properly configured for ce-deploy-ui
