We need to have ics-ans-ccce actually create the necessary data for the AWX instances so as to ensure consistent and correct configuration between each of the different servers.
Note that as per discussions with @andersharrisson, we have agreed that some aspects of the setup need to be performed manually first, which are outlined in the README file.
