CE-2659: Release CE D&M 5.0.0

This MR will release 🌟 CE-Deploy & Monitor 5.0.0 🌟

As a part of this, we also change the way that inventories are managed for deployments, see CE-2892.

The idea is to create an inventory that we use in every case, and then to create inventory sources that read from:

  • ce-deploy for IOC inventory
  • netbox for host variables

These are then combined on a per-host basis, allowing us to use this inventory for all of our deployment purposes: both with extra variables as well as with an inventory.
