Update playbook version

Simon Rose requested to merge simonrose/ics-ans-ccce:update_playbook_several_changes_ohno into master

This will pick up three (really, two) changes:

  • Modifying how extra vars and iocs are handled
  • adding tests (this isn't really a change)
  • update conserver server/client roles

There should be no functional changes in how the extra vars and IOC variables are handled, but they do appear quite different. See ics-ans-ioc!78 (merged)
