ICSHWI-9081: Removed extra notification

We have simplified our notifications on the backed so as to only need a single notification template.

Note however that there is some configuration that I am not certain how to perform in this; in particular, we need "Disable SSL Verification" to be set to "False", but that is not an available configuration option here: https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/awx/awx/notification_template_module.html#ansible-collections-awx-awx-notification-template-module
