Use develop of IOC deployment playbook on `-demo`

We should be able to test the IOC deployment playbook on ccce-demo so let's use the develop branch of the IOC deployment playbook.

Dear @andersharrisson, could you please merge this? Will it automatically update the AWX project settings on https://awx-lab-01.cslab.esss.lu.se?
