Added a play to allow deployment of the BE/FE for the CE templating utility to a new host (https://csentry.esss.lu.se/network/hosts/view/ce-template)

Note that there are a number of pieces missing at the moment:

the ansible group ce-template to which the above host must belong
gitlab-ci for the FE/BE repositories to generate the docker images
A gitlab technical user token stored in the awx vault
Any of the necessary configuration for the FE
