ICS-418: hotfix: remove extra vars nonvolatile server

It seems that deploying to the test server, which now points at torn, messes up the job template for the production server.

As per !20 (merged), it was raised that we should probably not use extra vars anyhow, so this addresses that.

Note that I have completely removed them from -demo and -test as well. If this is not correct then we should fix that in a separate MR.
