removed storage_t3 and lcr, renamed default to centos7 and storage_t4 to mirror_raid

I removed the following entries and their respective kickstart files:

• lcr
• storage_t3

I renamed the following entries:

• default --> centos7
• storage_t4 --> mirror_raid
