E3-1680: Configure conserver port

The default port on Centos7 is 782, which can possibly conflict with the port used when mounting an NFS share (which is randomly selected in the upper end of the privileged port range). In such a case conserver will fail to run with a somewhat cryptic error; configuring it to use a higher port will avoid this conflict.
