Bugfixes
This MR fixes two bugs:
- our version of systemd (219 on CentOS) doesn't support the unit file properties as initially written
- we were passing relative paths in the python scripts which meant that the IOCs' local directories as well as metadata files could not be found
After merge, this repository can be tagged as v0.1.0.
