ICSHWI-8873: Use `/tmp` as the working directory
requested to merge krisztianloki/ics-ans-role-ioc-exporter:ICSHWI-8873_Use-tmp-as-runtime-dir into master
p4p can cause segfaults in the PVA library which will create core
files in / (the default working directory for systemd services) so
let's set the working directory to /tmp where these core files will be
periodically cleaned up.
