ICSHWI-8916: Fix comparison

Anders Lindh Olsson requested to merge anderslindh1/ics-ans-role-ioc-exporter:master into master

This change fixes the logic for comparing current vs deployed git reference, which was inverted.

Once this merge is done, a new tag will be needed.
