Add support for ESS Linux

Lucas Magalhães requested to merge lucasmagalhaes/ics-ans-role-ioc:add_cct_support into master

This are still as a draft because a Vagrant box for ESS Linux needs to be provided on artifactory. It was tested with a custom ESS vagrant box locally at this point. As soon as this image is provided I will update the vagrant box url and run the CI. However I would appreciate reviewing while this is pending.
