The content returned has changed several times.
Checking if we get a 200 is enough to see that the service is
responding.

Update the string to look for to check if the service is available.
Name was changed from "Save & Restore Root" to "Root folder".

It contains the password for the postgres database

This is required for testing

Test failed on gitlab-ci:
- increase number of retries
- check connection on port 8080 first
