ICSHWI-10026: Fix ESS Linux missing gtar during unarchive

Lucas Magalhães requested to merge lucasmagalhaes/ics-ans-role-node-exporter:ess-linux-tar into master

The tar package provided for ESS Linux installs gtar as /bin/tar.tar which is incompatible with ansible unarchive. This creates a symbolic link to /usr/bin/gtar so ansible will be able to find it.
