Deploy list of OPIs repositories

This MR allow to deploy a list of OPIs repositories to specific destinations to match https://confluence.esss.lu.se/display/ID/Workflow+Guidelines+-+OPI+Release+to+ESS+Control+Room

The parent of all repos phoebus_ess_opis_path changed. But the ESS_OPIS variable still point to the root of the ess-opis repo as required.

We should make the same change in the ics-ans-role-csstudio. Or keep the opi deployment only in this repo? We still have to mount the ess-opis dir under /ess-opis in CSS.
