Remove entries not present in csentry

This branch includes the tasks to remove entries if not present in the hostmap (normally gathered using the csentry lookup). The new variable, pdns_enable_cleanup, enables the new features. The default is NOT to remove entries. A new molecule test scenario tests (removeEntry), using side-effect, the new functionality.
