INFRA-8803 ICSHWI-14137 Add ics-ubuntu repository

Hello all!

I did some work to add ics-ubuntu repository. I missed it during my development and I found the opportunity to improve this role.

I needed to modify a little bit the structure of the repository dues to convinience on installing Ubuntu-only packages (not Debian ones, although they are the same OS family). I also splitted the ubuntu platforms into jammy and focal because there are packages on ics-ubuntu repo that exists only in jammy, like the one I need: ptpv2.

I created tests for my additions and I made sure that the previous tests are still working, as you can see by the passed pipeline.

Please, let me know if everything is in order. I am available to contribute to this ansible role.
