Remove executable permission bits from drop-in unit files

Deploying with the new syslog-ng drop-in config !6 (merged) prints the following warning on the host: Configuration file /etc/systemd/system/syslog-ng.service.d/override.conf is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits. Proceeding anyway.

Dropping the permission of the folder and conf file to 644 as it is practice with other unit files
