Added 2nd reboot after installation of ZFS for glib-package update.

In the current master version of the role, the system needs a secondary reboot, because the installation of the packages zfs and kernel-devel also updates a package called glib-cc. This package sets the machine in a state where it needs a secondary reboot to work properly. Also, we had to add some time for the file systems to initialize in order for the testing to work properly.
