Test

Tests added for the notebooks using py.test and nbval with notebooks references from https://gitlab.esss.lu.se/jupyter/nbexamples which has been configured to work with these tests

Rise v5.5.0 Seems to have an issue and needs to be investigated, in the meanwhile 5.4.1 is being used.

Dockerfile have also been autolinted
