Updating the image with latest version of many packages and including a few extra

  • Python packages added: ipytableview, enexar-cli.
  • Open XAL: updated to 6.4 and lattice to 2.3 (including DTL1). Added EPICS_CA_MAX_ARRAY_BYTES and EPICS_PVA_MAX_ARRAY_BYTES environment variables.
  • Julia: updated to 1.7.3
  • Texlive: updated to the latest 2022 release. Previously the file was deployed to artifactory, you may want to do that and replace the link.
  • Jupyterlab: jupytext extension to save notebooks in markdown.

Pinning version for all packages to make the build reproducible.

I also removed some conda channels that were creating conflicts, probably they are not up-to-date.

We might want to consider adding scipp and mantid channels to our Artifactory mirror.
