E3-1536: Source environment before test

Anders Lindh Olsson requested to merge anderslindh1/gitlab-ci-yml:master into master

In require 5.1.0 with the replacement of iocsh, the use of cell paths tries to prepend the cell path to EPICS_DRIVER_PATH. That variable is only set upon activate, which previously was not a requirement for make test.

This commit sources the environment matching what is configured in the particular module.
