Updates to the collected Operators' OPI screens

Some minor updates to the screens is done. Also, TS2 and Target have been added in their sub windows into the main navigator with detach functions working.

You are modifying the NON-APPROVED/Cryo/TICP/CrS-TICP_CRYO_LCR/cryo-00-main.bob file. Just want to check this is correct?

yes, I found an empty group and empty text update at the bottom of the interface screen, outside the boundaries of the defined display borders and removed them. The text update was not connected to anything and the group container was empty
