New features and restructuring of the file structure of the overview OPIs
Created and added the Beam Permit and Systems Permit control screens to the main overview screen of the Navigator. Logic has been included.
Added new symbols to the accelerator synoptic. Added the functionality of having icons in the synoptic in different colours for different states.
Restructured the file structure of the overview OPIs.
