Added TS2 project to NON-APPROVED folder and ICS_OPI_LIBRARY

Hi @thomasfay, I added the TS2 project to the NON-APPROVED folder, also the "ICS_OPI_LIBRARY", the second is a bit redundant with the CMS_OPI_LIBRARY but this is the one we use and update. Thanks.
