To match the recently agreed upon terminology alignment

ess-opis is special and is mounted under /ess-opis in CS-Studio.
For compatibility, it's better to keep it under the same path and
separated from the new list of repos.
Would allow to mount the new list of repos under another mount point.

Added cs-studio git tasks for opis,symbols and templates to make this role independent from cs-studio role.
Also included is enviroment variables ESS_OPIS and ESS_SYMBOLS

Phoebus name changed to ess-cs-studio-phoebus

Allow to easily know the current version of phoebus.
Used in the DM.
