ICSHWI-15953: Add script to read PV-s marked as save and restore

Mateusz Nabywaniec requested to merge ICSHWI-15953 into master

PV-s are read using p4p and the values can be saved in file. That script will be used to check status of system before and after system update. The script to compare values between update will be added later. Script to compare values is added as well.
