ICSHWI-12085: Call MoveAbsolute in ResetZero

Changes every call in ResetZero made to the move absolute functionality to go through the MoveAbsolute function layer.

Removes redundant states of ResetZero and renames the states calling MoveAbsolute.

Updates SpeedRegions with the deprecated or updated names.
