Break raw read from device into PVs

Joao Paulo Martins requested to merge pbi-wslab into master

Break the raw read from back end into individual PVs (voltage, temperature, bit etc). This makes the IOC more user-friendly, because previously only the raw read was shown in a PV (which was highly confusing). OPI was also adapted to reflect the changes.

Important:

  • Merge to master when new version of CE deploy is ready.

  • Before the deploy, one should remove the IOCNAME and AS_TOP macros from the original startup script.
